Influences and photographers you like- I'm influenced a lot by films, the outdoors, magic hour, fog, my beautiful friends, nice light; all these things make me want to take photos. Some photographers I like are Alexander Gronsky, William Eggleston, Gregory Crewdson. A little about you- I am an illustrator, film maker and photographer. I always need to be doing something, and photography is a good excuse for just wondering and exploring. Your equipment- I have a bunch of cameras sitting around but my favorites are my Leica M2, Stylus Epic and my RZ 67. Influences and photographers you like- I'm influenced from lots of things. I've been watching lots of movies recently and Terrence Malick's Days of Heaven has been in my head. In terms of photographers, I'm going through a Larry Clark phase. Both his photographs and films. I'm always looking at work from people on Flickr like Tommy Nease, Nick White and Nick Hopper. Taylor Radelia is a bad ass too. A little about you- I'm just a small town boy who wants a farm. Being from P.E.I. I've had the kindest people in my company through my life. I'm studying photography at Concordia in Montreal and I spend my days convincing my friends from home to come visit me and watching videos about physics. I enjoy whiskey and being nostalgic.
