Name- Emma Brown
Age- 15
Where are you from?- Catskills, (upstate) New York.
Your equipment- I have a Canon EOS Rebel XTi, a 60mm lens, 15-55mm lens, and a fisheye. Being young and unemployed, I really don't have the resources to branch out with equipment. However I do have my eye on a nice wide angle lens! I have a film SLR and some automatics that I have toyed with a bit, but far from knowledgeable on it.
Influences and photographers you like- I tend to be influenced by peoples personalities, Mi And L'au, CocoRosie, bodies and dreams. Photographers that inspire me are Chadwick Tyler, Tamara LIchtenstein, and my friend Tess Mayer.
A little bit about you- Ahh, this is hard for me. I am an idealist, a fantasist. I find it hard expressing myself to other people directly, so I resort to other abstract methods. I am learning to see beauty everywhere. I have no idea what I want to do with my life, or where I'm going to spend it. I think in the moment, never ahead or behind, so I suppose you could ask me this again in 20 years and receive a more fulfilling answer. I am just young and stupid, young and stupid. :)
